Our returns & cancellation policy.
Medicinal Products
We cannot accept returns on any medicinal products, you can cancel your order up until the point of the dispatch by e-mailing us with your order code to [email protected]. If you have any unwanted medicines you can take them to your nearest pharmacy for safe destruction, or post them to us using the address below including "For destruction" on the label.
Non-medicinal products
If you would like to return a non-medicinal product it must be returned unopened, in the original packaging and be fit for resale.
Once it arrives, our team will check over the item. If approved your refund will be processed and money will be released to the bank
account used to pay for the order within 7 days.
Postage must be paid for, for any returns that are not due to damaged, incorrect or faulty items.
Incorrect or faulty items
In the unlikely event you receive incorrect or faulty items, we will offer a full refund of the items, any postage and we will pay for the item(s) to be returned.
